Brenda Kurtz
Brenda is a 13 & 1/2 year breast cancer Survivor and has been a dedicated Canadian Cancer Society Volunteer for the last 10 years. Brenda facilitated the local Breast Cancer Support Group in the Salmon Arm CCS Unit for 10 years and has been the Unit President for the last 8 years. She has volunteered for door to door canvassing, Daffodil sales, and Relay For Life Volunteer for the last 6 years. Brenda is the very picture of someone who is making a difference in the fight against cancer every single day. She is an inspiration to all of her fellow survivors and is a perfect example of what a dedicated volunteer looks like, there is no one more deserving of the yellow jersey, Brenda is a true leader!
